PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT!


This is to inform the  allottees/beneficiaries of Zone A1 at  New GRA, Budo-Osho, Tanke area  ILORIN, that the State Government has devoted huge resources to acquire, clear and allocate  the site to all beneficiaries in order to among others to accelerate development on the host community.

Mean while, Government has  observed that no meaningful development has taken place at the site for so many years and this has to encourage the dumping of waste on the vacant plots site, which now  serve as hideout to miscreants to perpetrate  evil activities.


To ensure that the area is used for the original purposes of rapid development, all allottees/beneficiaries are  admonished to take full advantage of the Government's good gesture by developing their allocated portions, as stipulated in the title document.  Failure to do so, allottee/beneficiary risk revocation of the allocation and should expect no compensation in return.


You are therefore urged to adhere to this warning, so as not to lose the allocation.

*Promote work ethics, State Civil Servants charged*  Kwara State Civil Servants have been charged to promote lofty principles and be more dedicated to their statutory responsibilities as expected of them, in order to add values into the system. The Executive Chairman, Kwara State Geographic Information Service, ESV. Abdulkareem Babatunde Suleiman gave this charge during the week, at the maiden refresher programme organized by the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, Kwara State Chapter in collaboration with the Directorate of Physical Planning and Development Control, KW-GIS for Physical Planners in the State. KWSG Demolishes Illegal Structures, Complies with FG Directive*

In compliance with the Federal Government's directive, the Kwara State Government has demolished illegal structures at Unity Road, Ilorin, the State capital. The exercise was to ensure that government offices and schools do not have commercial ventures in front of them  to guarantee the safety of lives and property in the face of insecurity in the nation.
