Concession Agreement of the KWARA STATE GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SERVICE KW-GIS.

The Kwara State Government has finally signed the Concession Agreement between the State Government, and LUKDANLINK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED AND GIS TRANSPORT LIMITED.

In respect of the Concession of KWARA STATE GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SERVICE KW-GIS, today 9th September 2022, at the KW-GIS headquarter.

Signing on behalf of the Kwara State Government, is the Executive Chairman KW-GIS, Mallam Abdulmutalib A. Shittu and the Directors from the two Consulting firms. At the present of the Chairman Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (kwirs) represented by Director (kwirs) Mallam Shehu M. Abdulai, Legal Advisers Barrister Olubiyi Omolara and heads of Directorates of the Agency.

KWSG Demolishes Illegal Structures, Complies with FG Directive*

In compliance with the Federal Government's directive, the Kwara State Government has demolished illegal structures at Unity Road, Ilorin, the State capital. The exercise was to ensure that government offices and schools do not have commercial ventures in front of them  to guarantee the safety of lives and property in the face of insecurity in the nation. The Executive Chairman, Kwara State Geographic Information Service, ESV. Abdulkareem Babatunde Sulyman explained that the affected structures were on the road setback of the State Fire Service Office and the Amusement Park.
