KW-GIS CHAIRMAN CHARGES STAFF ON HARD WORK AND COMMITMENT

The Executive Chairman, Kwara State Geographic Information Service, Mallam Abdulmutalib Shittu has charged the staff of the Agency to be more dedicated and committed to duty.
The Executive Chairman gave this charge during a Directors/Unit Heads meeting held at the general Conference Room of the Agency in Ilorin.
He stressed that it is only with high level of commitment, diligence and hard work that the Agency would be able to deliver its statutory responsibilities.
Shittu who commended the efforts put in by the staff of the Agency that culminated in the generation of over a Billion Naira for the previous year, added that the new working equipment put in place would further boost the revenue generation for the Agency and bring about smooth running of its activities.
He emphasized that there would be some changes in the mode of operations of the Agency so as to meet the new set standard and goals, saying that the staff must be ready to align themselves with the new system of operations, imbibe the spirit of punctuality at work and team work in order to move the Agency to an enviable level.
The Executive Chairman however, noted that the support of the Directorates under the Agency is critical to achieve the desired goals for the New Year, as solutions would be proffered to various challenges faced by the Directorates and best performing units would equally be rewarded.
